SMALL VICTORIES

Last year I reached a small victory and I am going to explain it to you.

We reached the Pedraforca with some friends. First of all, we met several times to decide which summit to reach.

We decided to go to the Pedraforca.

After this, we prepared a list of things to buy and what to take, for example,  a tent, the sleeping bags, some water, something to be able to cook and then, we prepared the journey.

We took the way and decided the stops on the way.

We started walking early in the morning and we tried to stick to the time and follow the stops planned. We had bad luck because the weather was awful, it was raining most of the time but although it wasn’t easy, we were fit enough and we managed to get to the top without problems.

We were really proud of ourselves.

Natural education

Hello, my name is Maria, and I am going to talk about natural education.

Natural education is an educational practice focused on children learning through their experience in life. That covers household responsibilities, social interaction, work experience, etc.

It is a method I do recommend because children are outdoors most of the time, and for them it is easy to learn through nature and observation.

I think that children should draw their conclusions from their personal experiences.

With time and interaction with nature, they can develop this method without the help of adults.

Thanks for your attention!

The personal use of drones should be banned

The personal use of drones should be banned

Drones can be a very useful tool that can at times make life easier for people when working but can also cause other problems.

On the one hand, drones can be used to look for people because from heights there is a much greater view of the land. They can also be used to control fires.
Furthermore, they can also be used as a toy. Lately, drones have become very popular within kids and teens.

On the other hand, drones are so affordable that sometimes they have been misused. For example, their use in crimes, weapons trade, trafficking drugs in prisons, catching people without their consent, and invasion of privacy has increased since the emergence of drones.

In conclusion, although drones can be used for illegal issues, I think they can be a great tool when used legally under control and surveillance.
